REFUND POLICY
All Sales Are Final.
Due to the unique nature of our products—which include proprietary magic secrets, digital applications, and exclusive methodologies—the true value of our items lies in the secret and the knowledge provided.
Once a purchase is completed and the product (such as the InLock app, digital downloads, or physical props) has been accessed, downloaded, or shipped, the secret cannot be "returned." Therefore, Millusion Magic maintains a strict NO REFUND, NO RETURN, and NO EXCHANGE policy on all purchases.
By completing your purchase on our website, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Defective Physical Items
In the rare event that you receive a physically defective or damaged item (if applicable), we will gladly exchange it for the exact same product. You must contact us at millusion.magic@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item, providing video or photographic proof of the defect. We do not offer refunds for defective items, only replacements.
Digital Products & Apps
For digital products, access codes, and iOS applications (including InLock and Arcane), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once the activation key or download link has been generated. Ensure your device meets the required specifications (e.g., compatible iOS versions) before purchasing.
